Hickman County Elementary School recently conducted its
canned food drive. HCES students and staff collected 889 cans and
food items, all of which were donated to The Mission House to benefit local
families.The HCES Leadership Cabinet, HCES’s student council, led the canned food drive. The student group asked for donations from students, collected cans from guests as they entered to attend the HCES Christmas program, then boxed and counted cans before their delivery to The Mission House.
