Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Program
HOBY’s mission is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. HOBY State Leadership Seminars are for sophomore students who want to develop their leadership talents and become stronger leaders in their communities.
Participants will spend four days in June on the campus of Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky experiencing unique leadership training, service-learning and motivation-building experiences, beginning a lifelong dedication to improving the lives of others.
