NEW STUDENT
REGISTRATION AT HCESHickman County Elementary School will have New Student
Registration BY APPOINTMENT ONLY August 3rd and 4th from
8:00-2:00 in the elementary school front lobby. Please call ahead of time to
schedule an appointment. You may call the office at 270-653-4067 or e-mail [email protected]
for an appointment. Be prepared to practice social distancing. Only 1
parent/guardian may attend registration. Please bring with you a copy of the
student’s certified birth certificate, social security card, latest physical, dental,
vision exam, and shot record.
